Hello guys. Today i made a total 160 Push Ups. They were made in 5 sets with 2 minutes rest between each. 29 x 33 x 29 x 29 x 40. At last set as usually i made 2 pauses, because my muscles were shaking, it was too hard.
I really liked this day, it was hard enough but quite good. I will relax for few days. Then i will do an exhaustion test and resume the training program. Wait for test results!
