4 week 1 day 100 Push Ups

100 Push Ups Training

Hello everybody. Today was very hard day. First of all first school day and hard to make Push Ups. Today i had to make total 120 Push Ups in 5 sets. 21 x 25 x 21 x 21 x 32 with 60 seconds rest between each, the last set as last day was very hard. I made about a half and muscles were shaking, so i made them with i think 3 pauses, because it was very hard and i decided to make it without pauses about 30 minutes later. Ant it was OK, i made 32 Push ups without rest.

Also today i decided to make exhaustion test in the end of 4 week. Then i think i will take a rest for few days and keep moving forward.
