Sorry for not writing yesterday, but i was too busy. At second 4 week day i made total 140 push ups in 5 sets. There was a 90 seconds break between each set. I made 25 x 29 x 25 x 25 x 36. Before last set i added 240 more seconds to rest time, beccause i knew that i couldn't do 36 push ups. So after 330 seconds rest i made 36 Push Ups with 1 pause after 20 push ups. That day was quite hard.
Also today i ran in 9 kilometers run. I made it in 1 hour. It is quite good.
