100 Push Ups Training

Hello again. Today was a hard day. I had to make 5 sets, which contains 22 x 30 x 20 x 20 x 28 Push-ups. The last set was quite hard, i made it with ~5 pauses, because my muscles were something like stoned, so i could not do Push ups. So i decided to re-make the last set after ~15 minutes and it was quite good, no stops.

Yesterday i bought one cheeseburger and normal portion of potatoes and i ate about half and gave it to my friend, because i can't eat them, i thought about my health and strength, so i must eat only healthly food.

Waiting the day after tomorrow to resume the Push Ups Program. I think it will be very hard.
