100 Push Ups

First of all i want to say hello. I am Juozapas, from Lithuania and i decided to try One Hundred Push Ups Program. I didn't made the initial test, but yesterday i had made 30 push ups without stop and 50 push ups with 2 or 3 stops. I analyzed the One Hundred Push Ups website and found that they are offering iphone app which is very nice one, because it makes logs and graphs it is very useful thing because you know how much push ups you made each program day. Also app can count pauses time, show how much push ups in each set you have to do each program day. Also this application contains a gif which shows you how to make good form push up. So i downloaded and installed this app to my Ipod Touch and i really recommend you to download this app if you have iphone or ipod touch.

So go back to initial test. As i said i could made 30 push ups without stop and 50 push ups with 2 or 3 stops yesterday. The website and app recommended me to start from third week so it is only 4 weeks of training and it is 12 training days. I decided to do program on Thursday, Saturday and Tuesday. Looks like it is very easy, but we will see. Also i decided to make a little bit wide push ups, because i want to train chess muscles More from first day you will find on the next post.

P.S. I forgot to say that i am making a program each day, first day it contains 3x20 push ups, 3x20 sit ups and 7 more excercises and another day contains 7 excercises, so i have bigger load than only 100 Push Ups Program.
