Ok, let's go. First day. On Thursday i started 100 Push-Ups Program. I turned on my itouch app and started first day. Today i made total 80 push ups for 100 Push Ups program and 60 push ups from another program. It is quite good. So far using this program i made 5 sets 14 x 18 x 14 x 14 x 20 with one minute pause between sets. I decided that i have to eat only helth, home-made food while i will be doing this program, because it is very important energy source. But i think i will buy some food from super-marker which contains not only healthly materials, in example yoghurt, chocolate and etc. I am feeling quite good, because it is not very big charge for me. Waiting for Saturday to do more Push ups.
P.S. Ahh, I failed, today i ate a double cheeseburger complect, which contains a double cheeseburger, big sprite and big portion of potatoes. That's not cool.
